Johnny Cash’s posthumous ‘Out Among the Stars,’ initially recorded in the 1980s, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart this week.
“There are a few things that are in the works right now – probably four or five albums if we wanted to release everything,” John Carter Cash said.
“I didn’t want to do a solo project out of a dislike for Sugarland. I love that music, I love what we’ve done in that project. And yet, at the same time, there’s something else that I think I need to prove to myself and share something different with my fans too.”
