After a letter from Ben Folds asking to preserve RCA Studio A in Nashville went viral, the building’s owners have responded. The question at hand remains: Is the studio unique? Or is it just a room?
In an open letter, producer and performer Folds writes that RCA Studio A, which is allegedly up for sale, is an underappreciated treasure. “There’s no recording space like it anywhere on the planet. These studio walls were born to ring with ￼music.”
