Global Citizen Festival Headliners: Jay Z, Tiësto, fun. Carrie Underwood and More to Play Central Park
The third annual Global Citizen Festival will take place in New York City on Saturday, Sept. 27 and will feature a star-studded lineup featuring artists across several genres including hip-hop, rock, country and EDM. Jay Z, No Doubt, fun., Carrie Underwood, the Roots and Tiësto are all on the bill. The concert’s stated aim is to eliminate extreme poverty by 2030.
Last night, fun. unleashed what will no doubt be another huge hit for the band, following their 2012 album Some Nights.
