Chance the Rapper has shared a new video that teases his role in the upcoming film Slice. In the movie, which is due out in the second half of 2017, Chance plays Dax Lycander, a former Chinese food delivery boy turned werewolf.

Slice, which was shot last summer, was directed by Chance collaborator Austin Vesely. In a 2015 interview, Vesely, who co-directed Chance’s “No Problem” video, said he was inspired by George Saunders’ CivilWarLand in Bad Decline, and that Slice takes place in an alternate universe with “supernatural elements that people accept as reality,” reports Pitchfork.

Slice isn’t the only acting credit Chance has chalked up lately. He recently starred in a Kit Kat commercial, and sang a new interpretation of the jingle.
