5 Seconds Of Summer’s Michael Clifford Opens Up About Mental Health Issues

5 Seconds of Summer brought their Rock Out With Your Socks Out Tour to the Palace of Auburn Hills last night (August 19), and though the evening was full of fun, Michael Clifford decided to take some time out for a serious moment with fans.

While on stage, the 19-year-old guitarist revealed that he’s been struggling with mental issues, and said that he used his time during the band’s recent hiatus to try and work on getting well.

“I was fixing some problems with my mental health… I just saw a therapist real quick on the break we had,” he told the crowd.
