Florida Georgia Line have finally confirmed the followup to their massively selling 2012 album Here’s to the Good Times.
The country duo announced today (Aug. 15) on Good Morning America that their next album will be titled Anything Goes, and it’s coming Oct. 14.
“We had to call this one ‘Anything Goes,’” Tyler Hubbard told the audience, adding that the “whole album is kind of like album one was.”
But don’t think that means the band is comfortably set in the status quo, creating a new album that’s completely the same as their last.
“[We’re] trying to step up our game,” Hubbard also noted.
The band revealed the album’s cover on their Instagram page.
The performance on Good Morning America included previous hits “This is How We Roll” and “Cruise,” plus “Dirt,” the first single from Anything Goes that has peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart — becoming the duo’s fourth chart-topper and third in a row. The single was released to radio last month.
