Billy Joel has always been a favorite of baby boomers and now he will make that status official on an upcoming PBS documentary about the post-World War II generation.

Joel will appear alongside fellow baby boomers Maria Shriver, Samuel L. Jackson, Rosie O’Donnell, Tommy Hilfiger and Steve Wozniak in American Masters: The Boomer List on Sept. 23, Broadway World reports.

Directed by Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, the 90-minute production will feature a total of 19 notable public figures born between 1946 and 1964.

The production will also culminate in a coffee-table book containing portraits of the interviewees and an exhibit at the Newseum in Washington, D.C., from Sept. 26 through June 2015.

Billy Joel has already appeared on television this year. Back in March, he was the guest on The Tonight Show where he and Jimmy Fallon sang a duet of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” Revisit that moment below.
