Chief Keef Arrest Warrant Issued For Missing Hearing in Child Support Case

The problem this time? Chief Keef, legally named Keith Cozart, failed to show up at a hearing for his child support case. According to the Chicago Tribune, a warrant was issued for his arrest after he missed court on Monday.
The hearing was intended to address the more than $10,000 Cozart allegedly owes the mother of his 17-month-old daughter – a figure stated in a petition filed last month by the state attorney, consisting of $5000 in back payments and monthly payments of $1,650.
The mother of his child, Erica Early, told the Tribune that Cozart not only hasn’t seen his daughter in months, but also said that he never paid off everything he owes in child support.
“I guess since he’s living the lifestyle that he’s living, that you know, right now he probably don’t care about it too much,” she said
Cozart is still reeling from being evicted from his Highland Park mansion after missing $30,000 in payments, according to court records.
