Martina McBride fans will get an inside look at what life is like in the singer’s kitchen in her debut book, Around the Table.
“I have a passion for food and entertaining so I’m excited to be putting everything I love into the pages of my new book,” McBride said in a press release. “The response from fans to the cover on Twitter this morning was incredible. I can’t wait for everyone to see the full book.”
The book, which will be released Oct. 7 via William Morrow/HarperCollins Publishers, is a combination cookbook and entertaining guide that includes McBride’s favorite recipes, entertaining tips, practical menu planning advice and themed décor inspiration.
Additionally, the singer and mom of three wants to make hosting easy and enjoyable for readers and each recipe is accompanied with cooking game plans.

McBride is currently on tour promoting her latest album, Everlasting, which is a collection of covers of pop and soul songs. In a recent interview with Radio.com she said the decision for her latest release came from her 2005 album, Timeless.
“I made a record several years ago called Timeless that was a collection of country classics that I had heard growing up,” she said. “I wanted to recreate that experience. It was such a musical, joyful record to make. I wanted to do something a little bit different so I recorded some of my favorite iconic pop and soul songs. People like Aretha Franklin, Van Morrison and Elvis [Presley].”
Martina McBride’s Everlasting is out now.
