Justin Bieber Sued for Allegedly Hitting Man With His Car
By Kevin Rutherford
Did Justin Bieber hit a pedestrian with his Ferrari in Los Angeles a year ago?
That’s what a man is claiming in a new lawsuit filed against the pop singer. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the suit, filed at Superior Court of Los Angeles, alleges that Bieber injured Walter Damon Lee when he hit the man with his car in 2013.
Lee claims the incident occurred outside the Laugh Factory comedy club on Sunset Strip, with the suit noting that the singer “negligently, carelessly, recklessly, wantonly and unlawfully” allowed his Ferrari to hit him, purportedly causing a whole gamut of injuries — among them “laceration and crush injury, hematoma formation, deep abrasions to the left knee and leg, fluid collection in the left knee and leg,” and “deep venous thrombosis in the calf and ankle.”
Additionally, Lee claims he has been unable to work since the incident and may continue to be unable to do so in the future.

In the lawsuit, Lee is seeking damages totaling over $25,000 for both property damage and personal injury.
Bieber has been mum on the situation on Twitter; perhaps he’s still reeling himself from a car crash in which he was involved earlier this week after an Escalade he rode in was hit while fleeing a paparazzo.
