Kanye West has started his community service after a highly publicized confrontation with a paparazzo by, of all things, teaching at fashion school.
The 250 hours of community service he’s been ordered to complete include West overseeing budding fashion students. According to TMZ, West arrived at the L.A. Trade Technical College yesterday (June 23) for his third visit. While he has been speaking at colleges throughout the country, Monday’s lesson was a three-hour discussion on fashion designers.
Earlier this year, West was sentenced to 24 months probation, 24 therapy sessions for anger management and 250 hours of community service during a trial for his highly publicized confrontation with paparazzo Daniel Ramon.
Back in April, West visited Brose Arena in Bamberg, Germany, to speak at the Adidas Global brand conference about creativity and how he “got kicked out of class in fourth grade for sketching.” He added that, “Creativity is my oxygen. I have to create and I don’t care how crazy I look to anyone as long as I can make the best product for all of you.”
Earlier this year, West reached a civil settlement with a man he was accused of assaulting in a Beverly Hills medical office after the man made derogatory comments towards his now-wife, Kim Kardashian.
