The Standard Hotel in New York City vowed to find the culprit who released video footage of Jay Z and his sister-in-law Solange allegedly fighting in the hotel elevator after the Met Gala last week. And it seems the investigation has already come to an end.

According to CNN, the security footage obtained by TMZ, which shows Jay Z being assaulted in an elevator by Solange was released by an unidentified employee who has since been fired.

“The Standard has identified the individual responsible for breaching the security policies of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video released by TMZ,” Brian Phillips, a spokesman for the hotel, said.

The hotel–who said in the days after the leak that they were “shocked and disappointed” by the security breach–also announced that they have “already terminated the individual and will now be pursuing all available civil and criminal remedies.”

Though neither Jay Z or Solange has spoken out in regards to the video, Beyoncé seemed to have addressed the scuffle via her Instagram by posting photos featuring her and her little sister in happier times.
