Mere hours after Michael Jackson‘s “Slave to the Rhythm” dropped, a new MJ song called “Blue Gangsta” is available for listening via MTV.

While soaring string features introduce the track, the song turns dark once MJ’s vocals enter.

“Whatcha gonna do/ You ain’t no friend of mine/ Look what you’ve put me through/ Now that I’m the blue gangsta,” he sings.

“Blue Gangsta” originally leaked back in 2010. It was to be included in the track list for the album Michael which was released on Dec. 10, 2010, but once the album was available to the public the track was nowhere to be found. Though it didn’t make the final cut for Michael, MJ fans can finally hear it on his forthcoming album Xscape.

Tomorrow (May 9) will end the week of new music from MJ. Xscape will be released on May 13.
