In advance of his already much-lauded new album, Future has released the video for “I Won” featuring Kanye West — with West actually showing up in the video. The Hype Williams directed clip is half sensitive thug, half girls in bathing suits // half black and white, half golden color. At times, the men both wear white cotton shirts with loose-low collars paired with mounds of gold chains that lend them the look of simple elegance associated with understated wealth these days.

The old hip hop video trope of pouring water on women rears it’s head before the 2 minute mark, because this is a Hype Williams joint. As always, Williams is perfectly willing to explore sexuality, as long as it’s played out via the women on set and not the men.

The most (inadvertently or self-awarely?) amusing moment in the thing comes when West mimes a run while rapping the phrase “run around without no pants.” Watch below.

Future’s new album Honest is in stores on April 22 and available to stream now.
