Fall Out Boy Made a Flappy Bird App Called ‘Fall Out Bird’

Sugar we're going down flapping.

By Jeremy D. Larson

If you haven’t played Flappy Bird you’re probably in luck because you have been doing things like reading books or running for government office or making a healthy dinner for yourself. If you have played Flappy Bird, there’s the off-chance that you have not done any of these things because the game is wicked addictive. So addictive in fact that Flappy Bird developer Dong Nguyen took the game offline citing that very concern. If only Candy Crush creators cared this much for a better society.

But never fear, because pop-rock stalwarts Fall Out Boy have created their own version of the game. Fall Out Bird lets you play the original Flappy Bird, only now with the faces of Pete Wentz, Patrick Stump, Joe Trohman and Andy Hurly as you flap your way through increasingly frustrating obstacles (guitars). Watch the trailer below.

You can download Fall Out Bird at Google Play, and at iOS App Store soon. Don’t get addicted and please stay in school.
