The Miami Beach Police Department just released a video of Justin Bieber being processed by an officer after he was arrested in Miami Beach last month for drag-racing and driving under the influence in a Lamborghini.

The video surveillance shows the Biebs taking off his shoes and hoodie, then being frisked by a police officer the night of his arrest. While there is no sound, Bieber seems to follow the officer’s commands. Watch via our sister news site CBS Miami above.

Criminal defense attorney and former public defender Julia Kefalinos, told CBS Miami that this video could help Bieber’s defense.

“To me, he didn’t look impaired or meeting the standards of an impaired person in this video,” she said. “He looked completely sober.”

Bieber’s trial date has been set for March 3 and will follow his February 14. arraignment for the charges of  driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license, where he has already plead not guilty on these three misdemeanors from his Janurary 23 arrest.

The arrest report states that the officer smelled an “odor of alcohol emanating from the drivers breath and bloodshot eyes.” It continues to explain that Bieber had “slow deliberate movements and a stupor look on his face.” Under the influence, Bieber did not understand why he was being arrested and continually asked each officer why he was being transported to the Miami Beach Police Department.

Bieber’s legal troubles continue in Los Angeles, where the sheriff’s investigators have presented evidence to prosecutors over his alleged egging his neighbor’s house last month. Rolling Stone reports that the district attorney’s office will determine whether to move forward on felony vandalism charges or drop the case.
