Lady Gaga is gearing up for the release of ARTPOP next week with a release show in New York to be live-streamed via Vevo this Sunday (Nov. 10) starting at 11:30 p.m. ET.
The show will be broadcast from artRave — an interactive exhibit straight from Gaga’s mind — where she will perform new songs. Artist Jeff Koons will also be on hand to unveil his sculpture of Gaga, which he made for her ARTPOP cover. Additional art by New York performance artist Marina Abramovic (whom Gaga said “saved her life”), photographers Inez & Vinoodh, experimental theater stage director and playwright Robert Wilson, and Gaga’s own TechHaus will also be on display.
Additionally, Gaga will premiere three-day pop-up exhibits in both New York and Los Angeles from Nov. 11-13. Titled ARTPOP Pop Up: A Lady Gaga Gallery, the exhibits will feature Mother Monster’s props and outfits, as well as interactive experiences provided by Just Dance 2014 and Beats By Dr. Dre.
The pop-up location in Los Angeles is at 1538 N. Cahuenga Blvd. while the New York exhibit is on 417 West 14th Street in New York. Both locations will be open from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m daily.
