Singer Darius Rucker today announced that he will headline a new tour beginning in early 2014. Coming along for the ride will be opening acts the Eli Young Band and David Nail.

Dubbed the True Believers Tour, the series of concerts will kick off January 29 in Champaign, Ill. Currently the tour runs through March 9 (see all dates below).

Tickets go on sale beginning Friday, Nov. 15, though Rucker is offering some tickets via a presale on his website starting this Thursday (Nov. 7).

The tour takes its name from Rucker’s latest album True Believers, which he released this past spring. “I think this is the best record I’ve ever recorded,” Rucker told at the time. “I’m excited for people to hear it. I hope they get a song or two or three that makes them go, ‘Man, that’s my life.’ That’s why I write songs.”

“We took our time with the songs and made sure we got everything right,” he continued. “I’m really proud of this record. With the first record I felt like the outsider trying to prove to everybody that I loved country music. And now, I think everybody knows that [I’m] part of the family.”
