Miley Cyrus only hosted Saturday Night Live a few weeks ago, but she made a surprise re-appearance this Saturday (October 26) to make a special announcement.

During Edward Norton’s monologue, Miley, along with Alec Baldwin, came out to offer the first time host some helpful advice. While Baldwin told him to show off his impressions–Norton does a very good Woody Allen and an even better Harrelson– Miley, just being Miley told him her three rules for hosting: have fun, keep the energy up and stick your tongue out.

Oh, and while in studio 8H she also let the crowd know she would be heading out on tour behind her No. 1 album, Bangerz.

She has yet to announce official tourdates, but reassured fans that the dates will be announced very soon in a tweet that was decorated with pot leaves. Naturally.

Miley later appeared in the latter half of SNL in a skit that saw her come out of twerking retirement.

Watch the skit–a parody of 12 Years a Slave–below.
