Mother Monster tweeted out her album artwork today (October 7) and it looks a little familiar. Appearing naked, Gaga is only covered by a blue ball which the title ARTPOP is displayed.
Displayed behind her, a montage of artwork is shown and pink lettering inscribes her name. Gaga thanks Jeff Koons in her Tweet, who is the man behind the design. No stranger to Gaga, the singer even name drops him in her single “Applause.” “Full fetal position does anyone else hear the screams in my head,” Gaga asks on Twitter.

Koons is known for his contemporary art and reproductions of banal objects such as balloon animals, including his Balloon Dog (Red) sculpture which was brought to life in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.
Clearly excited to be a part of a Koons project, Gaga revealed that the cover image of her is in fact a sculpture which will be exhibited at her release party.
There is also a surprise! The center image of me is a new Jeff Koons sculpture to be exhibited nov.10 at the artRAVE ARTPOP's release party!—
