Keith Urban is celebrating his 15th No. 1 single with “Little Bit of Everything” this week, as the song went to No. 1 on both Billboard’s Country Airplay chart and the Mediabase chart. Urban thanked his fans for his 15th No. 1 hit in a video message from Red Rocks, Colorado.

“I just want to say a quick thank you to everybody. This week we celebrated our 15th No. 1 for ‘Little Bit of Everything.’ Awesome! Thank you very much to everybody that called the radio stations and requested this song and supported it the way you did. It’s an amazing start to the album coming out in a couple of weeks.”

In an interview with, Urban explained why he decided to make the song, written by Kevin Rudolf, Brett Warren and Brad Warren and co-produced by Urban and Nathan Chapman, the lead single off his upcoming album Fuse.

“I just got the feel of it. Everybody that had heard the song loved it. Sometimes it’s just as simple as that,” he said. “It just feels good. It sounded good and everybody felt like that was a good song to go with.”

He added: “For me, because I’m working on the whole album, it’s almost like, ‘You guys pick whatever song you want.’ I’m so happy with this whole record let’s just pick a song that makes sense and get it out and let’s get touring.”

Urban said creating visuals to go with the songs is always challenging, and his recent No. 1 single was no different.

“It’s always a bit like giving Snoopy a voice, I like to say. People have their own images for songs but this one was a really fun video.”

Urban’s Fuse will be released on September 10.
