The predominant focus of Comic-Con is certainly not music, but that doesn’t mean the stars don’t want to talk about their favorite tunes.

Radio.com hit the red carpet at this year’s convention in San Diego this weekend, including Superman’s 75th Anniversary Celebration and  Entertainment Weekly‘s annual Comic-Con bash, and asked stars from True Blood, Parks & Recreation and Man Of Steel to name their summer jams.

Unsurprisingly, the celebrities with theater background love show tunes, the fantasy writers love prog-rock, and if you have to spend four hours in a make-up chair, YouTube videos of cats talking like people replace music completely.

The real takeaway, though, was that like most of America, Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” is the top vote for the official song of the summer. Most ladies we talked to would like nothing more than to have a private dance party with him, a party that wouldn’t be that much different than the one shown in his racy video.

Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” came in at a close second, wile Imagine Dragons satisfied the rock contingent and Kanye earned a few shout-outs.

Below is a full list of responses from Comic-Con 2013:

Retta, Parks & Recreation
“’Blurred Lines!’ When I first heard the song I thought my friend said it was Alan Thicke and I was like, ‘Damn! Thicke’s makin’ a comeback!’”

Joe Manganiello, True Blood
“I just saw Metallica last night so I’m kinda pumped from that, but my summer jam is anything associated with Darryl ‘DMC’ McDaniels and of course Mr. LL Cool J.”

Rutina Wesley, True Blood
Lil Wayne’s ‘With You.’ I can listen to Wayne all day long and twice as much at night.”

Michael McMillian, True Blood
“My summer jam is so uncreative! Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky.” Such a great song – they could take Robin Thicke any day of the week in my mind.”

Julie Benz, Dexter
“It’s a tie! ‘Blurred Lines’ for almost anything, Kanye’s ‘Black Skinhead’ if I’m working out or getting worked-up.”

Yvette Nicole Brown, Community
“’Blurred Lines’ without a doubt, but India.Arie’s ‘Just Do You’ is a song for my soul. If I had my own television show, that would be the theme music.”

Henry Cavill, Man of Steel
“My favorite summer jam? Apricot. Oh we’re talking about music! I’ve got Chris Young and Josh Turner in heavy rotation right now.”

Paul Scheer, Children’s Hospital/NTSF::SD::SUV
“It’s a three-way tie for me: Daft Punk, Macklemore and my guilty pleasure: Selena Gomez’s ‘Slow Down.’”

Adam DeVine, Workaholics
“’Blurred Lines’! Man that’s a great song. Loving ‘Get Lucky’ too. Great track.”

Nolan Gould, Modern Family
“My music’s generally pretty obscure, but Imagine Dragons are my favorites right now.”

Valorie Curry, The Following
“I’ve got to say ‘Blurred Lines’ because it’s awesome. My own private dance party with Robin Thicke? Yes please!”

Theo Rossi, Sons Of Anarchy
“’Pink Rabbits’ by The National. I love that band man. Love ‘em. Trouble Will Find Me is my pick for album of the year.”

Kevin Sorbo, Alongside Knight
Fun. are my jam right now! But is it weird that I have a soft spot for Josh Groban? I think it’s all of the hope and drama in me!”

Scott Porter, Hart of Dixie
“’Get Lucky’, ‘Sweater Weather’ by The Neighborhood and Lorde. Loving Lorde right now.”

Robert Carlisle, aka Rumplestiltskin on Once Upon A Time
Kasabian’s ‘Underdog’ – it just feels right for Rumplestiltskin, you know?”

Jordan Gavaris, Orphan Black
“’Out Of The Blue’ by FMRadio – amazing song!”

Dylan Bruce, Orphan Black
“It’s gotta be JT! [Starts singing] Take back the night!”

Holland Roden, Teen Wolf
X Ambassadors are my jam right now, but I’m also loving French band Total Warr.”

Katie Cassidy, Arrow
“Kanye’s ‘Blood On The Leaves.’ So good!”

Jordan Peele, Key & Peele
Kendrick Lamar baby! Love me some Justin Timberlake too.”
