Former Oasis singer/current Beady Eye frontman Liam Gallagher is having quite the eventful month. He recently confessed that a blue M&M candy sent him to the hospital in anaphylactic shock, where it was discovered that he suffers from a severe peanut allergy.

Now the volatile vocalist has revealed that he got into a physical alternation with a homeless man in his Hampstead, England neighborhood, with the two engaging in a physical altercation over the use of Gallagher’s recycling bins.

“I know he has been a problem for other people round our way,” Gallagher told the London Evening Standard at the relaunch of Red House restaurant in London. “He was ringing on our buzzer early in the morning and kept asking if I would pay for his pay-as-you-go phone. Proper mad.”

But the man persisted, according to Gallagher, and the confrontation escalated.

“The final straw was when he started messing with my recycling bins,” Gallagher said. “I’m a bit anal about my recycling and he ended up shoving his crutches in my bin. I came out and squared up to him and he had a bit of a go. Put it this way, I don’t think he’ll be coming back round my way again.”

Gallagher, notorious for the contentious relationship with his brother Noel, recently revealed that he’s prepared to walk away from the music industry if the upcoming Beady Eye album BE isn’t a success.

“Well, if we’re barking up the wrong tree with this record, I don’t know if I can be arsed barking up it again,” he told Q (via NME). He went on to say that “maybe I’d just sail off into the distance and enjoy my life, instead of worrying what some spotty little twat from Hastings thinks about the record.”
