Along with the announcement of the line-up for this year’s Bumbershoot festival in Seattle comes the news that Death Cab for Cutie will be performing their 2003 full-length, Transatlanticsim, in its entirety.

DCFC’s album playback tops the 2013 festival bill, with frontman Ben Gibbard and company to be joined by such acts as fun., Kendrick Lamar, Tegan and Sara and recent Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Heart.

Featuring such singles as “Title and Registration” and “The Sound of Settling,” DCFC’s critically acclaimed Transatlanticism plays an important role in the band’s growth and popularity.

The three-day Bumbershoot Festival is set for August 31-September 2 at Seattle Center Park. The festival expects over 100,000 visitors to come out to enjoy the sounds.
