After all the erroneous reports and wayward tweets about Lil Wayne‘s health condition, Weezy appeared in a new video clip with T.I. to confirm that he is okay and to make a few announcements.

“I just want to say thank you to all y’all for y’all prayers and your concerns and… for all y’all love and concerns,” he said in a video obtained by TMZ. “I swear to God I felt that love when I was laid up in that motherf****** hospital bed. I want all y’all to know that I’m good, more than good.”

He also wants to let fans to know that his album I Am Not A Human Being II is still coming out on Tuesday (March 26). And that’s not all.

“I’m still going on tour, America’s Most Wanted Tour,” he says, “with some of my closest friends in the game. Speaking on some of my closest friends in the game…”

The camera shot widens and Wayne introduces his special guest, T.I.

“If you see some BBQ on the 4th [of July], come holler at us on the 5th, In a hood near you.”

Early reports from TMZ claimed that rapper was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles for seizures and being read his last rites. The video announcement is an answer to the competing reports and a suspicious tweet from Lil Wayne’s account that did little to reassure fans that he was okay.
